DENSITY OF YOUR HAIR WOULD EITHER BE FINE, MEDIUM OR THICK. SO IF YOU HAVE A LOT OF HAIR IT IS CONSIDERED THICK.
APPOINTMENT POLICY
We require a credit card at the time of booking in order to reserve the appointment for all services. All online scheduling requires a card to book your appointment. Your card will be held on file, rest assure Haven is not able to access your information but to only to process the card if & only Haven’s policies are broken. By giving Haven your card information you are allowing Haven to process your card if deem necessary.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
We believe in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. Out of respect for you, other clients & Salon Haven clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored only at the salon’s discretion. If you’re appointment has to be reschedule due to your late arrival we require 50% of your scheduled appointment that is non refundable. A deposit will be due prior to your next appointment if there is a need to reschedule due to the late arrival.
CANCELATION POLICY
We fully understand sometimes things happen in life when appointments need to be canceled or reschedule. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice other clients miss the opportunity to receive services they require at the time of your appointment & we lose the opportunity with these clients. We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations are within 36 hours of your scheduled appointment. There will be a fee of 50% of your scheduled services that is non refundable prior to scheduling your next appointment.
NO SHOW NO CALL POLICY
Any appointments where a client fails to call, cancel or not show up will be considered a NO SHOW. You will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled with the card on file or prior to receiving any services.
AFTER CARE POLICY
We at Salon Haven strive on 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours. Re do’s of the same services must be schedule within 48 hours after your initial visit & you must be seen within a week. Any redo request made after 48 hours from the original service date will be consider a new appointment and must be paid for. The redo policy doesn't cover a change in style, color & service. Full service price applies after a week. We do not offer refunds or credits for any services.
We at Haven take pride in educating our clients with information that may help you understand. as well as know what, why, when & how. Haven recommends what is needed, what should be done & what not to do to HELP maintain the longevity of your service, however it depends on every individual. There are many factors that take part in this such as the integrity/health of your hair, what was done prior to seeing us, texture, density, how often you wash it, the temperature of water your hair is washed at, what type of water, what products & tools on used on your hair at home, exposure to natural elements, lifestyle , health & so on. Please be advise there is no guarantee on how your hair reacts when leaving the salon, it’s high recommend to purchase the correct products directly from us. As well as the after care for other services that is not hair must be followed.
CHILD POLICY
We at Haven love children however we can not be liable for your child’s safety. We ask for your child to be accompanied by an adult or someone responsible to watch them. We ask for your child to remain in the waiting area & refrain from jumping, running, placing their feet on the furniture, yelling & touching things. We hope you understand if something breaks or gets damaged from your child actions you will be responsible for the item. Please understand there are dangerous things in the salon & we are not liable for your child’s injury if they & you do not comply with our policy.
